Call, WhatsApp a photo of the tree with your address, or send the form. We come out, look at the job and give you a written price. Free, no obligation.

We can tell you what the job is and what it is likely to cost. The firm written price comes after we have seen the tree, the access and what it is near.

Size, species, access, what the tree is near, and what happens to the waste. We check all five on the site visit and put one number on paper.

Yes, fully insured. Ask to see the cover before we start.

A tree next to a structure is never dropped. A climber dismantles it from the top and each section is rigged and lowered on a rope to a planned landing spot.

Report it to the City first. We will not work on it until the line is confirmed dead.

That is the normal Cape Town garden. We cut to carry, chip what can be chipped and walk the rest out. The route is checked on the site visit so the price already includes it.

Usually. Send a photo of the gate or passage and we will confirm before the visit.

We grind below ground level. A flush-cut stump trips people, blunts the mower and sends up shoots.

Grinding below ground level removes the crown that shoots regrow from. Some species sucker from roots; we will tell you if yours is one.

Depends on the species and how fast it drops. We will tell you honestly at the visit rather than sign you up for a schedule.

A ladder reaches the bottom of the skirt on a small palm and nothing else. A climber works at the crown and lowers the heavy pieces instead of letting them fall.

We do not claim that. In a Cape storm every crew is busy; we prioritise trees on houses and blocked access, and tell you when we can be there.

Keep everyone away from the tree, do not touch anything near a cable, and photograph the damage for your insurer before anything is moved.

Yes, every job ends with the branches, logs and chippings on our truck. Nothing is left on the verge.

Yes. Say so on the site visit; it changes how we cut and how many loads we haul.
